Alchemy Embodied is a somatic-based process that uses the body/mind connection to help shed limiting beliefs and embody wholeness. It is a journey to transform darkness into light through the vessel of your body. Our work together weaves free movement (dance), yoga, somatic resourcing, creative expression, and neuro-repatterning to address individual and collective healing. It is an invitation to move from inaction to action, from disembodiment to integration, and isolation into community.
No dance experience is necessary, only a desire to open to your authentic self
